Energy Analysis and Verification of a Constant-Pressure Elastic-Strain Energy Accumulator Based on Exergy Method

چکیده

Focusing on the low energy-storage efficiency and unstable energy output of existing accumulators, this paper proposes a novel constant-pressure elastic-strain accumulator based rubber material hyperelastic effect. The proposed can store release at constant pressure. Based exergy analysis method, charging/discharging storage was analyzed. Then, Mullins effect airbag over multiple cycles studied. Finally, test platform established to verify efficiency, as well expansion contraction pressure stability during cycles. experimental results showed that calculation by method more accurate compared with enthalpy method. In tests than 200 cycles, always higher 76%, errors steady state were less 2.92 1.79 kPa, respectively. could be used an effective component, which is very meaningful for recovery in pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
